It is very important to balance the intake of food. Britney’s suggestion would be to take 6 small meals every day, which would mean that you don’t have the main meal of the day. This is important to keep the metabolism working all the time so that fat can be burned without pause. Since she just had a baby at the time, breastfeeding also helped her get rid of some calories (but that doesn’t mean that you should get pregnant just so you could burn some more calories a day once you start breastfeeding your baby).
Diet must be carefully planned. The best way would be to take lots of vegetables and fruit (fresh), fish, nuts, yogurt and food rich in fibers. Combine that with at least an hour of physical activity every day split into cardio practices and weight exercises and very soon you are going to see the results on your body as well – for sure!
